STEP 1. Request a quote through the site STEP 1. Request a quote through the site Fill out the order form on the site and we will respond as soon as possible. After receiving the quote, we can start a consultation in person or via Zoom.
STEP 2. Conduct consultations (remotely or in person) STEP 2. Conduct consultations (remotely or in person) Once the quote is sent and an appointment is made, we can move on. During the process, we discuss the design with the client, and we work to make the client's design a reality. If you do not have a specification before the consultation, we can help you create one at that time.
STEP 3. Pattern and muslin sample progress STEP 3. Pattern and muslin sample progress Once the design is complete and all the materials required are received, we proceed to create a pattern. Once the pattern is complete, we move on to the next step, a muslin sample. The muslin is a prototype/first draft of the piece to determine the dimensions and sizing. Once the muslin is complete, we begin fitting, making adjustments if necessary, and discussing with the client during the fitting whether any changes to the design or fit are needed.
STEP 4. Fitting and final sample production STEP 4. Fitting and final sample production Once the fitting and adjustments are complete and confirmed, you can move on to the final step. Once the final sample is made, you can use the final sample as a guide to move on to production.
STEP 5. Production and Pickup STEP 5. Production and Pickup Now that the production is complete, we will notify the customer, and then the customer can come and check the finished product. Once the quantity and quality are confirmed and the remaining balance is paid, it is ready for pickup!
